Delivery terms

For guests — ticket buyers
Immediately after a successful transaction, the ticket with a unique QR code is delivered to the messenger or social network. In most cases instantly, up to 15 minutes maximum.
For organizers
Access to SaaS tools, personal account and event management panel is activated automatically immediately after payment confirmation.

All services are delivered in a fully digital format. No physical delivery. Access is granted electronically in automatic mode immediately after payment or registration.

Refund policy

Ticket refunds
Processed according to the specific organizer's policy. In case of cancellation or postponement due to the organizer's fault, Nercy facilitates a refund of the ticket's face value to the buyer's card within 5–14 business days.
Platform services for organizers
Refunds for paid services are available in cases provided by the offer agreement — for example, critical technical failures on Nercy's side.
